The
range of STOP BLOCKS (Wheel Chocks),
that we manufacture, covers the full range from small trailers to the
largest of mining haul trucks. We have STOP BLOCKS (Wheel Chocks) in our
range for all purposes (RUBBER TYRED VEHICLES ONLY). Our STOP BLOCKS (Wheel
Chocks) are moulded from a tough Polyethylene and are virtually unaffected
by the elements, oils, fuels, solvents etc. Our range of Mining STOP BLOCKS
(Wheel Chocks), (ME 1 to and including ME 8 with the exception of the ME 5)
all have a pole moulded in for mounting on brackets, replaceable rubber
tracks and moulded in recessed handles.
Those
STOP BLOCKS (Wheel Chocks) that are noted as filled are filled with a HIGH
Density Filler. All of our STOP BLOCKS (Wheel Chocks) are manufactured in a
bright (CAUTION/SAFETY) yellow colour for ease of identification and high
visibility but, we are able to manufacture the same in a variety of colours.
Our
range of Industrial/Commercial STOP BLOCKS (Wheel Chocks), are moulded from
a tough Polyethylene and are virtually unaffected by the elements, oils,
fuels, solvents etc. Our range of Industrial/Commercial STOP BLOCKS (Wheel
Chocks), (T-Block, Bakkie & LDV) all have replaceable rubber strips and
moulded in recessed handles.
Our
Cable Bridges are moulded from a tough Polyethylene and are virtually
unaffected by the elements, oils, fuels, solvents etc. The Cable Bridges
have replaceable rubber tracks and a handle for ease of moving and
positioning. The Cable Bridges have a capacity to carry cables to and
including 100mm in Diameter and are used for the protection of electrical
cables and/or water pipes and/or air pipes/hoses.
Warning
Please
note that STOP BLOCKS (Wheel Chocks) are not intended to be driven over and
improper use may result in failure. It is important to select the correct
STOP BLOCKS (Wheel Chocks) according to the vehicle size, tyre size and Load
Capacity. STOP BLOCKS (Wheel Chocks) are meant to be used in pairs and on a
firm surface and on an incline of a maximum of 15 Degrees. STOP BLOCKS
(Wheel Chocks) are to be snugly fitted against the thread of the tyre and
used with the parking brake applied.
Cable
Bridges are intended to be driven over, are meant to be used in pairs and on
a firm surface. |
